선문화체험관에서의 선무도와 명상 수련

골굴사는 선치유(힐링명상) 특화 프로그램을 위해 국비를 보조받아 ⌈선문화 체험관⌋을 신축하여 지난 20일 준공검사를 필했다.

Golgulsa introduces a new building for Zen Healing Meditation. This building has been publicly funded by the Ministry of Culture. This building passed the safety inspection as of July 20th 2012.

 

그동안 실내에서만 수련해오던 선무도와 명상⦁문화체험프로그램을 2층 누각에서 진행하므로서 탁트인 자연환경을 바라보며 자연의 향기와 소리를 오감으로 느끼며 수행할 수 있는 새로운 수련공간을 마련하게 된 것이다.

This building will provide a natural and nurturing atmosphere for meditation and healing.

 

주로 외국인 참가자들이 사용하게 될 이 건물은 1층은 좌선과 차담을 하고 2층은 행선을 수련하는 공간으로 쓰이게 된다.

This building will be used mainly by foreigners visiting Gologulsa. The first floor will be used for sitting meditation and tea ceremonies; the second floor will be used for moving meditation and Sunmudo practice.

이미 수련에 참가한 많은 외국인 참가자들이 자연경관과 함께 하는 수련이 너무 행복하고 만족스럽다고 극찬하고 있다.
